Returns are always possible as long as you do not request the code and within 30 days of purchase.
Licentie2GO Belgie sells codes with which software can be activated. These codes are issued only once and are therefore strictly personal. Due to the strictly personal nature of a code, no statutory right of withdrawal applies and you do not have a 14-day cooling-off period as would be the case with a "normal" Internet purchase.
A free trial version of the software is available for all products we offer. You can use this free trial version to check whether the device meets the minimum system requirements. Do you have any doubts or questions? Please contact our Customer Service. We are available 7 days a week to help you.
How does it work?
When you click on the "Get Code" button, you are breaking the seal and requesting the code with which the software can be activated. You confirm and agree with the following:
- I break the seal and thus take the licence into definitive use.
- I have tested and verified that the software meets the minimum system requirements.
- I know that Licentie2GO Belgie cannot check whether I have started to use the license or will start to use it in the future.
- I agree that my right of return expires. I am aware that this product is not returnable.
In all cases: Returns are not possible after you have retrieved the code.
In technical terms, you have broken the seal in accordance with Act 7 art. 46d para. 4c.
In accordance with Dutch and European law, the right of return has therefore been voided.

How do I request a return?
You cannot request a return by e-mail; you can do this via My Licentie2GO Belgie. You make use of our return form and you can choose a exchange (select another product) or for a refund. We check the return request and in most cases approve it the same day. After the request has been approved, we will refund the amount to your bank account within 10 working days (14 days). Please note: if you have paid by Paypal or credit card, we will always refund that amount. We never refund to other bank accounts or via other payment methods.
Can I exchange my product for another brand/version?
A return does not solve the problem. Because after you have received your money back from us, you still have no security, backup software or Microsoft / Adobe license. Therefore, it is often better to opt for an exchange. Licentie2GO Belgie makes it possible to exchange a purchase for another brand or another version. You can do this yourself, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The exchange can be done once and will be processed immediately so you can choose a replacement product right away. You can request an exchange via My Licentie2GO Belgie.
Business orders are not covered by the Distance Selling Act and therefore cannot be returned. Also for many business purchases, we often offer a free trial period which you can use to test whether your system meets the minimum requirements. You can also use the trial version of the software to check whether the installation may cause technical problems on your system. You can request a trial version of the software via service [at] 2gosoftware.nl. Your order is a final order with payment required. Returning business purchases is not possible. Business purchases are also excluded from the right to installation assistance.
The entrepreneur (Licentie2GO Belgie) shall reimburse all payments made by the consumer, including any delivery costs charged by the entrepreneur for the returned product, without delay but within 14 days following the day on which the consumer notifies him of the withdrawal. Unless the entrepreneur offers to collect the product himself, he may wait with repayment until he has received the product or until the consumer proves that he has returned the product, whichever comes first. The entrepreneur shall use the same means of payment as the consumer has used for repayment, unless the consumer agrees to a different method. The refund is free of charge for the consumer.
